Mission

Empowering high-achieving mid-lifers to create a life they love by reconnecting with their values and taking meaningful action. Together, we reduce anxiety, burnout, and depression so you can feel more present, fulfilled, and aligned with the life you’ve worked hard to build.

Commitment

You don’t have to get worse before you get better. My goal is to help you see real progress quickly. For clients who are a good fit, we often achieve meaningful results in around 12 sessions, so you can feel better and start living the life you want sooner.

I believe in graduating from therapy, not being in it forever. Once we’ve met your goals, you’ll leave feeling empowered and ready to thrive.

Honesty and transparency guide my practice. If we aren’t making the progress you deserve, I’ll help you find the right path—even if it means referring you to another therapist. Your success is always the priority.
