30-Minute Pre-Intensive Consultation
Before we dive in, this session helps us make sure you’re a good candidate for intensive therapy. We will get clear on your goals and the outcome you’d like to achieve.
Five Half-Day Intensive Therapy Sessions
Your 3-hour sessions can be done within a week and a half (M, W, F, M, W), or weekly for five weeks, or every other week as is best for your schedule. Sessions are available for booking Monday-Friday.
Personalized Treatment Workbook
With custom assessments and prompts, this workbook clarifies what you want to get out of our time together so we hit the ground running. It will also help you work on your treatment goals before, during and after your intensive.
Custom Treatment Plan Tailored to Your Goals
I bring together cutting-edge modalities such as Brainspotting, EDMR, ACT and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to suit your needs and preferences. Our spacious sessions are ideal for making the most of these powerful methods so you heal at a deeper level, faster.
30-Minute Follow Up Interview to Support Changes
We check in to assess how you’re doing and see what support or tools you need to adapt to the changes and positive outcomes of your treatment.
TOTAL COST: $4,400*
You may choose to pay upfront or go by-the-session at a rate of $880 per half-day (3-hour) intensive session.
The vast majority of intensive clients complete this package as designed (five sessions). However, binding commitments do not fit my values as a Feedback-Informed Therapist, so if you choose to stop, you will not need to pay for unused intensives.

P.S. I don’t believe anyone “needs” to be in therapy forever. After the intensive, you’re always welcome to continue on with weekly therapy, however your intensive is meant to powerfully equip you to continue on your growth journey on your own.
